Our laser cutting services uses electrical discharges, or lamps, from the output of a high-power CNC laser beam in a closed container to manufacture your pattern cut into the material best suited for your end application.

As the lasing material is stimulated, the laser cutting beam is reflected internally by means of a particle mirror, until it achieves sufficient energy to escape as a stream of coherent light which is directed to at the work zone via mirrors or fiber optics.

The focused laser cutting beam is generally less than .0125 inches with widths as small as .004 inches.

The high-power laser cutting beam head is moved over the metal plate in the shape of your desired part, thus cutting the part out of the plate. This allows for highly accurate intricate shapes and small holes with precision cut quality.

Laser cutting has advantages over mechanical cutting, such as higher precision because the laser cutting beam does not wear during the process, and there is reduced contamination of the workpiece because there is no cutting edge which can become contaminated by the material being used to cut it.

Laser cutting for metals is more precise than plasma cutting and uses less energy when cutting sheet metal, stainless steel, brass, bronze, mild steel, and aluminum plate to name a few.
