Punch/Forming Cell:

Utilizing Swiss made Baltec technology for punching and forming we can manufacture prototype and low volume parts with material thickness ranging from .020" to .134" and shallow draws and extrusions up to .750" deep.

Laser Cutting:

Trumpf - With a 4000 watt Trumpf cutting system we can manufacture parts from steel ranging .04" - .625" thick, Stainless Steel .04" - 625" and Aluminum .04" - .375" thick.

Stamping:

With 100 ton capability we can produce low to medium production parts using compound dies with material thickness ranging from .032" to .250" depending on part size.

Bending:   

With 50 ton capability we can bend and form a wide variety of material up to eight feet in length equipped with a CNC back gage and ram.
